The EXIMIOUS project has published its newest innovation: the EXIMIOUS Exposome Tool, a robust set of open-access resources to support accurate and holistic exposure assessments. These tools were developed to fill the gap in standardised methods for assessing the exposome—the totality of environmental and occupational exposures an individual experiences over time.
Adequate exposure assessment is essential for understanding health risks, supporting exposure-reducing and health-promoting actions, and ultimately preventing disease.
